  • Experience in technical writing, in aerospace, UAVs, or engineering.

  • Ability to grasp highly technical concepts and translate them into structured, easy-to-understand documentation.

  • Strong proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, LaTeX, DITA, or similar).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents simultaneously.

  • Fluency in English.

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in engineering, aerospace, or physics.
  • Experience working with regulatory and compliance documentation (ITAR, EASA, SORA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, or XML for structured documentation.

Who You Are

You are a detail-oriented and highly skilled Technical Documentation Writer with a passion for aerospace and cutting-edge technology. With a sharp analytical mind and a talent for making complex engineering concepts accessible, you thrive in fast-paced environments where precision and clarity are crucial. Your ability to collaborate with engineers, pilots, and regulatory teams ensures that every piece of documentation—from technical manuals to compliance reports is both accurate and actionable. You have a deep appreciation for the aerospace industry, an eye for structure, and a commitment to excellence that keeps critical information organized, up-to-date, and ready to support groundbreaking innovation.
