At Alpine Eagle, we are building the future of counter-drone defence. As a fast-growing and internationally successful deep tech company, we specialise in aerospace engineering, defence systems, and machine learning - developing the world’s first swarm-based, airborne counter-drone system.

Modern conflicts have made one thing clear: drones are changing the face of warfare. From critical infrastructure to frontline defence, the threats are escalating and current solutions are falling behind: Our mission is to change that effectively.

Alpine Eagle is more than a defence company - it's a call to action. With an international team of experts, a strong financial foundation, and a bold vision for the future, we’re looking for people who want to help shape the next generation of aerial security systems and build something that truly matters.

🎯 How you will make an impact:

We’re looking for an assertive and results-driven Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from concept to delivery. You will oversee timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment - ensuring mission-critical solutions are executed with precision and speed.

This role demands a strong personality, a resilient mindset, and the ability to negotiate under pressure while keeping strategic objectives in focus. If you thrive in high-stakes environments and can balance structure with agility, you’ll feel at home here.

  • Lead end-to-end project management across cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, testing, and customer success).
  • Manage multiple defence-related programs, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and security requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for military and government clients  as well as our product development teams - maintaining trust, accountability, and transparent communication.
  • Oversee project timelines, milestones, and budgets; anticipate risks and apply corrective actions early.
  • Drive negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to secure optimal terms and maintain project momentum.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure full adherence to defense standards, export control, and security protocols.

What you need to be successful:

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in project management, ideally within the defence sector.
  • Solid experience in claim management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • A strategic thinker who maintains authority in negotiations.
  • Solid understanding of technical program delivery.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus, but real-world experience in defence operations is valued most.

At Alpine Eagle, you're not just taking a job - you're joining a mission.

We are building a team of exceptional people who are mission-driven, working on breakthrough technology with real-world impact.
