We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Working Student as an Office & Facility Assistant (m/f/d) to support our day-to-day office operations. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming workplace environment for all employees.
This is a supporting role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks, takes initiative, and enjoys keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.
Your roadmap to make an impact
Support the reception area, including welcoming and coordinating incoming visitors to designated meeting rooms
Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy, organized, and ready for use
Keep the office environment well-organized and fully functional
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when needed
Assist with facility-related tasks, including coordination with vendors or service providers
Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks to keep the office running smoothly
You support the handling and coordination of incoming deliveries and mail
Contribute to creating a pleasant and efficient office atmosphere
Who you are
Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Management, or Public Administration (any other related field)
Reliability, a proactive and hands-on mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly and professional communication style
Ability to work independently and support multiple small tasks
Comfortable working in an onsite office environment
Basic knowledge of office and collaborative tools (e.g. Outlook and MS Office)
We value a positive attitude, reliability, and motivation to support day-to-day office operations (Previous experience is not required but welcome)
