We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Working Student as an Office & Facility Assistant (m/f/d) to support our day-to-day office operations. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming workplace environment for all employees.

This is a supporting role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks, takes initiative, and enjoys keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Support the reception area, including welcoming and coordinating incoming visitors to designated meeting rooms

  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy, organized, and ready for use

  • Keep the office environment well-organized and fully functional

  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when needed

  • Assist with facility-related tasks, including coordination with vendors or service providers

  • Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks to keep the office running smoothly

  • You support the handling and coordination of incoming deliveries and mail

  • Contribute to creating a pleasant and efficient office atmosphere

Who you are

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Management, or Public Administration (any other related field)

  • Reliability, a proactive and hands-on mindset

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Friendly and professional communication style

  • Ability to work independently and support multiple small tasks

  • Comfortable working in an onsite office environment

  • Basic knowledge of office and collaborative tools (e.g. Outlook and MS Office)

  • We value a positive attitude, reliability, and motivation to support day-to-day office operations (Previous experience is not required but welcome)
