Key Responsibilities

Production Scheduling

  • Create and maintain short- and mid-term production schedules for assembly and associated materials.

  • Ensure the Master Production Schedule (MPS) routines.

Reporting & KPIs

  • Identify deviations vs. baseline, propose and implement corrective actions.

Production Control

  • Ensure the availability of all resources required for production execution: components, industrial means, work orders, etc.
  • Monitor and support work order management and material need planning, including critical path analysis and recovery actions.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure material availability according to plan.

Planning & Coordination

  • Act as the main interface between production teams, high-level planning, and the Supply Chain.

  • Contribute to the optimization of IT scheduling and tracking tools.

  • Support process improvements to increase planning accuracy, production stability, and delivery performance.

Profile & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Production Planning / Scheduling.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of planning tools and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
