- Inspiring and motivating others working with in multi disciplined teams
- Delivering high quality, high integrity code (eg RTCA-DO178C) using object oriantated C++
- Hands on Integration working within a lab enviroment on target hardware
- Implementation of real time embedded software applications built upon Linux or VXWorks RTOS (Desirable)
- An understanding of the Software Engineering lifecycle from requirements elicitation to delivery and release.
- The ability to Influence the development approach considering design principles, modularity and reuse, best practice, toolchain and much more.
