ReOrbit is looking for a proactive and solutions-driven IT Administrator to support our growing team and help keep our technology running smoothly across all locations.

As our IT Administrator, you will be the go-to person for ensuring a seamless IT experience for employees, both onsite and remotely. You’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable systems, supporting modern workplace tools, and enabling the team to work efficiently and securely every day.

Responsibilities

  • IT support for ReOrbit employees in Helsinki onsite and remotely to other locations

  • User support on Office 365 and Google Workspace components

  • Install and troubleshoot devices i.e. laptops, printers, tablets, mobiles, meeting rooms

  • Managing IT ticket on Atlassian JIRA Service Ticket Management system

  • Administration of Microsoft Office 365, Enterprise Mobility, Security E3/E5, Google Workspace

  • Administration of Microsoft Cloud Infra (Active Directory, Azure, SQL, MS Dynamics)

  • Network Support and administration (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Security)

  • Support for Shared mailbox access, Licensing assignment

  • User Support on Microsoft Dynamics App

  • Documentation of Processes, User help guides and Windows infrastructure setup

  • IT Inventory Management, IT purchases, work with vendors on remote deliveries

  • Microsoft Intune/ MDM , Android Device Management and Jamf for IOS devices

Skills and Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Admin, security, IT infrastructure and end user support

  • Excellent skills on Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Google suite of Prod.

  • Experience of managing Azure Active Directory, User Management, Group policies

  • Very good knowledge on Users Onboarding and Offboarding related IT tasks

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune managing Endpoints and deploying policies

  • Atlassian products knowledge on ( Jira Tickets, IT Assets, Confluence ) and ITIL

  • Experience of deploying cybersecurity in an End user and Cloud infra environment.
