About Us
Project Q is a European defence tech company. We develop integration infrastructure for modern security and defence ecosystems and connect sensors, unmanned systems, command and mission systems, and other capabilities for armed forces, security agencies, and critical infrastructure operators.
To do this, we rely on HYDRIS, our proprietary open-source integration and orchestration solution. HYDRIS brings together commercially available (COTS) technologies, data sources, and existing legacy systems into a single operational environment. Through open standards, AI-powered data processing, edge computing, and distributed operations, HYDRIS provides a vendor-neutral foundation for resilient and technologically sovereign operations.
We are growing fast in a very dynamic environment and are looking for someone with exceptional hands-on mentality and execution power to help us grow further. As a Founders Associate (m/f/d), you will work closely with the management team and report directly to the CEO. You will play an integral role in our journey, with plenty of opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Acting as the strategic and operational partner to the executive management team, particularly the CEO
- Ensuring alignment, focus, and effective execution across all areas of the company
- Acting as a force multiplier for the leadership team by managing cross-functional initiatives
- Structuring and facilitating decision-making processes
- Translating strategic priorities into concrete actions and operational execution
- Preparing decision papers, executive briefings, and strategic materials
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to support company growth
- Contributing to the efficient scaling of the company while safeguarding its mission and strategic objectives
Your Profile
Professional experience in a full-time role (0-2 years) or through relevant internships in fields such as consulting, defence, project management, or strategy
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university, with an excellent academic record
Willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe when required
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills anda high level of initiative
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a hands-on approach to driving tasks through to completion
Confident demeanor, discretion, and reliability
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Team spirit and strong communication skills
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin
